These services are categorized in the same way as they appear on the Tas’Heel system. For each category, we have provided a detailed description, as well as useful tips and notes to help you learn more about the services.

Sky Millennium Transactions

Labour Card
The Receive New Labour Card and Mission Labour Card Application is intended for employees who are applying for a Labour Card or a Mission Card for the first time. Eligibility for this application requires that the employee has obtained their Labour Contract and Medical Fitness test. To access this service, employees can use the Transaction Number provided.
- It is mandatory to submit the normal new labor card through our system within 60 days of entry; otherwise, MOL will impose a penalty.
- The Mission Work permit is valid for three months and must be submitted through our system within one week from the date of entry. Failure to do so will result in a fine of 500 for every 10 days of delay in submission.
- Receive Modify or Lost Labor Card Application is utilized for modifying an employee’s nationality, salary, or occupation, and for replacing a lost Labour Card.
- To make modifications, a letter from the company is necessary, along with the old and new contracts stating the modifications made in the new contract.
- In case of lost Labor Cards, a letter from the police stating that the employee has reported the loss to the authorities is required.
- The National New Labour Card Application is solely intended for UAE Nationals who are applying for a Labour Card for the first time. To be eligible for this application, employees must have obtained their Labour Contract and Medical Fitness test. The Transaction Number can be used to access this service.
- The Sponsorship Transfer application is utilized when an employee is moving to a new job and needs to transfer their sponsorship status. To complete the process, the employee must obtain the cancellation, signed by the previous employer and employee, as well as the new contract, signed by the new employer and employee. The Transaction Number can be used to access this service.
Please note that after the application is correctly scanned, the PRO must submit the following documents to MOL:
- The receipt from our system
- The original cancellation signed by both parties
- Computer card for the old company
- Two contract copy from the application
Establishments
The Company License Renewal application is utilized to renew a Company Trade License. Access to this service can be obtained using the Company Code and License Number.
Work Permit
Relative Sponsor Work Permit: This application is used when a sponsored relative, such as a wife or family member, is seeking a work permit and needs to provide no objection documents from the sponsor to proceed with the application. Access to this service can be obtained using the Transaction Number.
Please note that the following requirements must be verified before entering the application into the system; otherwise, the application will be rejected:
- Both the passport of the sponsored relative and the sponsor must be valid for at least 6 months.
- The residency of both the sponsored relative and the sponsor must be valid for at least 1 month.
- The sponsored relative seeking a work permit must be at least 21 years of age.
Modify Work Permit: This application is used to change information in the work permit, such as name, nationality, passport number, and more. Access to this service can be obtained using the Transaction Number.
Replacement of Work Permit: This application is used by the employing company to replace a current employee on a valid work permit with a new employee using the same work permit, without incurring additional or new charges. A work permit is valid for 60 days and can be extended for a maximum of 30 additional days. The replacement process can only take place if the work permit is valid. Access to this service can be obtained using the Transaction Number.
Temporary Work Permit: A temporary work permit can be created for individuals who have a residence visa through another company or family sponsorship. Once approved by MOL, the permit will be valid for 6 months. The category of the company will determine the reason for the application.
Miscellaneous
Nawakas Scanning Documents: The term “Nawakas” refers to missing one or more documents from the requirements submitted for Labour Card and Work Permit applications. By using the Transaction Number, this application can be accessed to address missing documents.
Cancel New Labor Application: This application is used when there is incorrect employee information entered in the Labour Contract Application that requires rectification. To rectify the error, the incorrect application must be cancelled using this service, which will take an hour for the system to update itself. After that, a new Labour application must be entered and submitted. Access to this service can be obtained using the Transaction Number.
Online Cancellation: This application is used by an employer to revoke the labor card and agreement of an employee who is no longer reporting to the employer. The cancellation process can be done either electronically or manually, depending on whether the company has an electronic signature. Signatures that are manually applied are generally processed more efficiently and take less time. To access this service, the Transaction Number is required.
Salary Certificate: This application is used when the Ministry of Labour requests the salary certificate of an employee from a company.
Transaction Reports
The following is a list of comprehensive online reports that we offer.
Company Employee List
This report generates a concise list of the number of employees registered under any UAE company, along with important details such as passport number, Labour card number, and expiry date. To access this report, the company code is required.
Expired Labour Card List
This report provides a list of employees with expired Labour Cards under a given company, along with their basic information. Depending on the employee’s status, these Labour Cards can either be renewed or cancelled. To access the expired Labour Card List, the company code is required.
National List
This report provides a concise list of the number of national employees currently registered under any UAE company, including important details such as person number, Labour card number, issue date, expiry date, and salary. To access the Company Employee List, the company code is required.
Person Information
This report provides a concise list of the number of national employees currently registered under any UAE company, including important details such as person number, Labour card number, issue date, expiry date, and salary. To access the Company Employee List, the company code is required.
Owner Role Information
This report provides details about the owner or sponsor of the company, including a comprehensive list of all registered trade licenses under their name, along with their expiration dates and status. To access this service, you will need to enter the person number.
PRO Details
This report provides basic information about the PRO.
Labour Card Information
This report provides basic information as well as detailed labour card information about an employee. To access this service, you will need to enter the labour card number.
Reprint & Prepare Batch
The following is a list of comprehensive online reports that we offer.
Reprint Batch
If the system does not permit you to print the batches when they were originally prepared or if you need to make additional copies of the batches, this option is available. The prepared batches are saved under this option and can be identified by the Transaction Number.
Prepare Batch
The process of preparing all documents in batches and sending them to your Sky Millenium agent for transaction processing and system entry is known as batching.

Reprint
You can use this service to obtain another copy of a transaction’s receipt if the system did not permit you to print it during the transaction’s finalization, or if you need an extra copy.
View Statement
You can create a report that lists all transactions and choose the specific dates for which you want to view the transactions.
Pending Transactions
You can view a list of all the transactions that are currently awaiting your action. The system provides a 10-day window for you to complete the transaction, after which the system becomes locked.
Pending Payments
This service lets you see transactions that are incomplete because payment is still pending. If the payment is not complete, no further transactions can be processed.
